How do I make a purchase?
Purchasing from Regent e-Shop is easy.
If you know what you are looking for, use the Monthly Specials, Promotion links on the home page. You can also shop by browsing directly by each outlet and categories on the top navigation menu.
Once you have found an item, select the item and use the 'ADD TO CART' button underneath.
Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'SHOPPING CART' icon at the top of the page. You can add products to your Wish List or click the delete button on the right and click on 'ÚPDATE SHOPPING CART' to delete items from your shopping cart.
Click on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order. To continue browsing, click on 'CONTINUE SHOPPING'
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don't need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Regent e-Shop account:
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the 'Sign in' page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.
What payment methods does Regent e-Shop accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard cards. Please note that certain banks require a one-time password (OTP) to complete the transaction. Kindly check with the issue bank for more details. As a merchant, Regent e-Shop does not store or have any access to your credit card information.
Once the transaction is complete, you will then return to Regent e-Shop homepage. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. it takes between 3 to 5 working days for the amount to be reflected in your transaction statement.
Where do we deliver?
We offer domestic delivery service island-wide through our logistics support partner, with the exception of addresses on Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, and all other offshore islands. Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
How much will I have to pay in delivery fee and taxes?
Product prices are GST inclusive. Delivery charges vary from SGD 15 to SGD 45 depending on location. Free delivery is included for purchases above SGD 450.
Do you accept Returns and Exchange?
Strictly no returns & exchange allowed for all food items. Return of merchanidise items (non-food) will be considered only if item is in original condition with packaging and tags in tact. Kindly reach out to our respective F&B teams for assistance:
What are the delivery time available?
All orders have to be made at least 72 hours in advance of planned delivery date. Items will be delivered between 11am to 5pm daily.
Can I add items to an existing order?
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
