Terms and Conditions

By submitting your personal data, you are authorising Regent Singapore as your supplier, and its affiliates as the payment gateway processors:

1. To use your data for the purpose of processing the payment transaction and,

2. To retain your data for future reference of the transaction.

COLLECTION OF GOODS

Any order must be placed at 48hours in advance. The customer agrees that any special request or expedited order is subject to the discretion of Regent Singapore. All uncollected goods after the indicated collection time by the customer is considered sold.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

A delivery charge of SGD 25 is fixed per location, and is limited to one location per order. Free delivery for orders above SGD 180. Images displayed are for illustrative purposes and may vary.

EXCHANGE POLICY: REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

We regret that no refunds, exchanges, cancellations or amendments are applicable once payment is processed and completed online. Any special request is subject to the discretion of Regent Singapore. The Regent Singapore reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning payment of a previous order or who, in the hotel's opinion, presents any form of risk.

UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Regent Singapore reserves the right to change the product range at any time and from time to time. Certain offers may have a restricted period of validity that will be indicated for each product or product range.
